The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of 12 men in the Tri-County area in a nearly year-long investigation into social media chats that target minors.

Charleston police arrested a 22-year-old man in connection with an early morning shooting on Aug. 21 that left another man injured.

A 39-year-old man was arrested on domestic violence charges after barricading himself in a residence just north of Joint Base Charleston Thursday morning.
