A man was gored by a bison in Yellowstone National Park on Tuesday after getting too close, the National Park Service said.

Officials are warning visitors to Yellowstone National Park not to get too close to animals after a man was gored by a bison.

The herd started with 10 bison in 2015 and the program has grown to where it can produce 25 to 30 calves annually to give to Native American tribes.
