“此举违反了禁止驱回原则，按照该原则，在存在遭受酷刑、不当对待或其他不可挽回的伤害的真实风险情况下，彻底禁止驱回。” 联合国人权事务高级专员福尔克尔·蒂尔克 (Volker Türk)表示。
