The Texas Rangers and the Houston Astros play game two of their critical three-game series at Daikin Park on Tuesday.

Astros manager Joe Espada delivered unfortunate news about Alvarez before Tuesday’s rematch with the Rangers, via The Athletic’s Chandler Rome. The veteran has a “pretty significant” left ankle sprain that will keep him “out for a while.”
