The new Xbox One app will allow Roblox content creators to release their games on multiple platforms simultaneously without having to worry about porting the code to each new system.

Console owners can now swell the ranks of 300,000 existing game makers on Roblox, as long as they have an Xbox One.

Roblox announced on Wednesday, Jan. 27, that it is making its first jump to consoles by allowing users to download its gaming platform for Xbox One via Microsoft'sXbox Live for free.

Xbox One is getting Roblox, the inventive build-your-own-game online experience. It’s free to download, and it will come with 20 curated levels and modes built by fans.

Gamers on Xbox One will soon have a new way to express their creativity. ROBLOX, an MMO that lets players create and share games, is coming to Xbox One on December 3rd.
