Roblox is moving away from remote work. In a letter to employees, Roblox CEO David Baszucki says most employees will be required to return to the company’s California office by next summer.

Many of Roblox's remote employees will be asked to adhere to a three-day in-office work week or take a severance package by January 2024.

Roblox is the latest company to U-turn on previous pledges to remote workers, having just issued a blunt remote to office mandate.

Roblox founder and CEO David Baszucki has told employees that they should return to the office of walk away from the business.
