Luka Doncic has played 12 games for the Los Angeles Lakers since getting traded (via the Dallas Mavericks) last month. In that span, they have gone 8-4. Right now, Doncic is playing without his new co-star LeBron James (who is dealing with an injury).

The injury came as James drove to the basket against Jaylen Brown. He attempted a spin move and followed that up with two head fakes, eventually converting the layup. James had a slight limp after the score, but attempted to play defense on the next possession.

The Los Angeles Lakers have suffered back-to-back losses after falling to the Brooklyn Nets, 111-108, on Monday at Barclays Center. It was a nip-and-tuck affair in the second half. The gritty Nets, however,
