Click the "Start" button in the bottom left corner of your screen and then click "Computer" to open the native Windows 7 file manager. Locate the HTML file you want to save to text.

Type .html at the end of the file name and click on the Save button. This will save your text file in HTML format. Double-click on the saved file and it will open in your default web browser.

Save the file, uploading it to your website if necessary. When visitors view the file and click the print button, a new window will open that contains the print-optimized HTML file you created.
