ISLAMABAD: The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has increased fee for registration/filing of documents by 10 percent from April 22, 2024.
The e-filing prevents the works hours for SECP to convert physical filings into an electronic form. Consequently, lower fees had been suggested for registration and filing under e-Service regime.
