On your DuckDuckGo app, go to the website you want to create a shortcut. In the upper-right corner of the screen, tap the Share icon > Add to Home Screen.

You spend a lot of each day staring at your phone's home screen, so it better be a good one.

From there, you can add your music player or the Notes app to the Home Screen. You can then move these widgets around to organize your Home Screen by different blocks.
