If you wish to include useful information that should only be visible to you (the speaker) during your next PowerPoint presentation, here's how to do that.

How to view notes in PowerPoint while presenting The Speaker Notes also known as notes pages are a reserved space for each slide in your presentation.

To add notes to your PowerPoint, you'll need to have your presentation set to "Normal" view before accessing the "Notes" button for individual slides.

Note that typing in the note section won't be reflected at all on the slide. Add any other additional speaker notes as desired.

To edit a footer in your PowerPoint slides and include citations or notes, you'll need to access the Header & Footer menu from the Insert tab.
