During the investigation, police discovered that Viera owns a car detailing business on Edwin Road and was allegedly driving a customer’s vehicle without permission during the incident. Investigators obtained a warrant for Viera’s arrest. He was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Nov. 6.
