In the twenty-first century, Bongards’ Creameries is among the largest cheese-making plants in the world. The Carver County site where Bongards’ Creameries is located once held a skimming station.

Through the end of June, Bongards will fill about 13,000 boxes a week with 10 pounds of cheeses, ranging from sliced American to mozzarella cheese sticks.
