NetBeans 8.2 became generally available last week, marking the last release under Oracle's stewardship before it becomes an Apache Incubator Project.

NetBeans is making progress with its transition to the Apache Foundation, including a major new release.

The Apache Software Foundation (ASF) announced the availability of NetBeans 11.3, the third update of the popular Java-based IDE in its recently implemented quarterly release cycle.
