Frozen baked breakfast foods maker MBC Companies has continued its expansion into pizza with the acquisition of frozen pizza manufacturer Alpha Foods Co. Financial terms of the deal, announced Sept.

MBC Companies, a portfolio company of Entrepreneurial Equity Partners, has acquired US-based frozen pizza maker Alpha Foods.
