SoftBank Sets Up Investment Joint Venture With Foxconn

Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. said subsidiary Foxconn (Far East) Ltd. will buy a 54.5% stake in SoftBank’s wholly owned SoftBank Group Capital APAC Pte. Ltd. for $600 million on March 1.
