The Dark Souls 3 seamless co-op mod dodge-rolled out of cover just a few weeks ago, from the same modding talent that added seamless co-op to Elden Ring and, most recently, Armored Core 6. It wasn't clear at the time when Dark Souls 3 would be getting its co-op mod.

That mod, as you might expect, is Seamless Co-op — an add-on that completely overhauls multiplayer by removing barriers between levels, allowing co-op in zones that didn't have

Thanks to modder Yui, the Seamless Co-Op mod for Dark Souls 3 has just been released and provides a complete overhaul of the game's multiplayer. In the base game, fellow players can only be summoned in using a specific item and will leave the game if they die, or if a boss is defeated.

A prolific modder has brought full-fat co-op to yet another FromSoftware game. After enabling fans to play the likes of Elden Ring, Sekiro, and Armored Core 6 with pals, Yui has now repeated the trick with Dark Souls 3.
