A'ja Wilson scored 38 points to tie a playoff career high, Jackie Young had a go-ahead follow shot with 12.4 seconds left and the Las Vegas Aces beat the Seattle Storm 74-73 on Thursday night to secure a spot in the WNBA semifinals.
The Las Vegas Aces host the Seattle Storm in Game 3 of their First Round WNBA Playoff series on Thursday, Sept. 18.
The Minnesota Lynx, behind MVP-favorite Napheesa Collier, enter the WNBA playoffs as the favorite to win the fifth championship in franchise history and first since 2017, after losing in the finals last season to the New York Liberty. One more championship would make the Lynx the winningest franchise in WNBA history.
