Issiah Ross, a man charged with the murders of two teenagers in Orange County, pleaded not guilty on Tuesday, two-and-a-half years after the crime.

The Orange County DA confirms Issiah Ross will be arraigned Tuesday for the 2022 deaths of Devin Clark and Lyric Woods.
