Coach David Taylor and the second-ranked Oklahoma State wrestling team Oklahoma State suffered a 21-16 loss at Iowa, the Cowboys’ first loss of the year in their regular-season finale.

Iowa wrestling capped off its regular season with a win over Oklahoma State on Sunday at home. Angelo Ferrari was the star of the night.

In the first Hawkeye win for the night, No. 2 Drake Ayala (133) won by major decision over Rin Sakamoto (OSU), 11-1. Ayala had an early three-point takedown over Sakamoto in his first dual appearance of the season for Oklahoma State.
