Just don't take the Georgetown one for sure. Someone on our tour said its the one with the most walking. I'm in good shape for 60 but several on the tour were really struggling. There are other food tours in the DC area that don't require as much walking I have heard. There may even be one with a shuttle. Seems like I read that but unfortunately all tours were full on the day we wanted to go except the Georgetown one. Call the number on their website and ask.
