This spacious 2000 square feet split bedroom designed house has four bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room and breakfast area, a laundry room. It has enough room for a large group and does not feel cramped. Each room has a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A private pool ensures that you can swim in total comfort and privacy without sharing with the neighborhood or a condo association. The pool can be heated for an additional fee (especially useful during the winter months). The backyard area has many lounge chairs and umbrellas. House is about 500 yards from a private beach. We provide a complimentary Beach Service (two chairs and one umbrella) from March to October. Public beach, with free parking and beach restroom, is just 0.9 miles away, next to Pompano Joe’s. Most shopping areas and markets are nearby: Destin Commons, Outlet Mall, Whole Food, Publix.
